Intuitive vs. Intentional Eating
Intuitive eating is great in theory, but it asks you to respect true hunger and fullness, and developing that skill can take time, practice, and a lot of self-trust. Intentional eating is what helps us bridge the gap between constantly tracking our food and learning to start to listen to our bodies.
